The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) represents owners and breeders at all levels who want to improve the environment for Thoroughbred ownership and elevate the sport. Members of TOBA can contribute to TCA when they renew their annual TOBA memberships. Collectively, since 2017, TOBA members have contributed nearly $50,000 to TCA.
